Seven stones
- Clear Quartz — the amplifier, and the anchor of the set
- Black Tourmaline — root. Plain, heavy, close to the ground
- Carnelian — sacral. For the thing you keep not starting
- Sunstone — solar plexus. Being seen, and liking it
- Rose Quartz — heart. Softness, aimed inward first
- Sodalite — throat. Thinking straight again
- Amethyst — third eye and crown. For a mind that won't stop
