Why five
One stone answers one thing. Most people arrive carrying more than one thing. The five work as a set — your strongest need gets the stone that sits directly on it, and the other four cover the ground around it, including the parts your first stone can't reach on its own.
Made to order
Nothing is pre-boxed. Each kit is assembled after your reading comes in, and each stone is chosen by hand rather than pulled from a shelf. That's the trade, and it's the whole point.
Questions
How long until it arrives?
Assembled in 3 to 5 days, then shipped. Delivery time on top of that depends on where you are and which shipping option you pick at checkout — quick within BC, longer for the rest of Canada, longer again internationally.
If you need something sooner, the themed boxes are pre-assembled and ship right away.
Can I swap a stone?
Yes. If one of your five doesn't sit right, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll swap it for the next closest match in your reading. After that the kit is usually already assembled.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes. International shipping is calculated at checkout and costs more than domestic — crystals are heavier than they look. Any customs duties are the buyer's responsibility.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send a photo and we'll make it right. A single broken stone gets refunded or replaced; if the whole box arrives damaged, we send a new one. Crystals travel badly sometimes and that isn't your problem to absorb.
